Question Ten Three's Company Questions!

I didnt want to make too many posts, so I'm gonna put all the current questions I have in 1 post...

1. I was watching the Retrospective, and I saw a scene where Janet and Chrissy were fighting at the kitchen table. Chrissy was making fun of Janet's mumbling, and Janet was making fun of Chrissy's laugh, and her slirping. Is this episode from "The Love Barge"?

2. Also in the Retrospective, there's a clip with Jack eating with a husband and wife at their house, and the wife is flirting with Jack [actually she's putting her foot up Jack's pants]. What episode is this from?

3. ALSO in the Retro, there's a clip where Janet is teaching Jack that flexibility thing [dont know the term (im dumb lol)], and Jack is all crunched up together like a pretzel. This episode iseither in Season 2 or 3. Do you know this episode?

4. Do you think that Suzanne Somers got fatter during Season 4? For some reason, she looks kind of bigger as I watch through the episodes. It's either that or her clothes... or her bigger hair.

5. Also about Somers, did Suzanne have a wart on HER right side of her chin? I noticed that there's a spot there in "Larry Loves Janet" and "The Love Lesson"

6. Before the contractual disputes and the season 5 chaos, were Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers friends?

7. I heard that there was a lot of negative atmosphere present in the taping of ep 81 "A Hundred Dollars..." which was Suzanne's last full episode. Is it true that after the scene where Jack and Janet were carrying Chrissy out of the convention, they physically dropped her on the floor and left??? Did anything else happen? And, could you see any tension?

8. I dont know how to ask this question, but in "Handcuffed", in the scene at the Reagle Beagle, I noticed a difference in lines from the episode and from the retrospective. Right after the waitress comes, and Jack orders for Chrissy, in the retrospective, Brenda, Jack's date, says "Why are you ordering for that girl?" and Jack responds with "Well she's lonely and she looks nice", and Brenda says "Let her order for herself". In the actual episode, which I have 2 tapes of, Jack says "Well she's a lonely neighbor and I just wanted to be neighborly" and Brenda says "Well then stay out of her yard". What is up with this? Do any of you have anything to say about this?

9. In the Three's Company book, in the episode guide, it shows the ratings for each episode. But for #171 and #172, there's no rating. Do you know how the last episode did in the ratings?

10. What season did the best in the ratings? What season did the worst in the ratings?

You dont have to answer each question, but please try to answer some.

Thanks! I really appreciate it!

1. I think it's from "The Root of All Evil".

2. That clip is from "Jack Moves Out".

3. I know it's from a season two episode but I'm not sure which one.

4. I think it's more of her clothes and the make up. Wermsies who knows.

5. I've never noticed anything there. *shrug*

6. Well it seems they were...they did have an argument or two but that is to be expected.

7. Well it could be true but it might not...they might've done that in the past also but Somers just accepted it and now it felt different since her relations were strained. Werm. I heard Suzanne went up to the director (Dave Powers) and said she was sorry for missing the recent tapings.

8. I guess they used two different edits of the scene or something. Another topic about this was raised a while back.

9. There's probably no way of finding this out unless a special or book mentions it or someone has the ratings for that week. I wish it were included in the book.

10. Season three did the best in the ratings, while season eight did the worst.

*EDIT* Ok I might be wrong. Lol. Its from either "The Love Barge", "The Root of All Evil", or "A Black Letter Day"...cuz in those three they all have fights. I'm guessing it's the Love Barge though.

2. Also in the Retrospective, there's a clip with Jack eating with a husband and wife at their house, and the wife is flirting with Jack [actually she's putting her foot up Jack's pants]. What episode is this from?
Jack Moves Out. (Season Three)

3. ALSO in the Retro, there's a clip where Janet is teaching Jack that flexibility thing [dont know the term (im dumb lol)], and Jack is all crunched up together like a pretzel. This episode iseither in Season 2 or 3. Do you know this episode?
AHAHAHA lol, yea, she's doing the "lotus"...and that's from Alone Together (Season Two)

4. Do you think that Suzanne Somers got fatter during Season 4? For some reason, she looks kind of bigger as I watch through the episodes. It's either that or her clothes... or her bigger hair.
Ummm I dunno. lol.

5. Also about Somers, did Suzanne have a wart on HER right side of her chin? I noticed that there's a spot there in "Larry Loves Janet" and "The Love Lesson"
Never seen anything...

6. Before the contractual disputes and the season 5 chaos, were Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers friends?
Yes. I mean I heard they had some disagreements once in awhile but John, Joyce, and Suzanne were all pretty close before the season five thing.

Well I will never really know because I haven't seen any behind the scenes stuff on that one. But John and Joyce have denied dropping her. And yea I actually noticed a little bit of a difference in their acting in that episode. I'm not exactly sure how to explain it but I'll just say you could kind of tell.

Do any of you have anything to say about this?
[B]Like Sean said, a topic was posted about this a little bit ago (by ME )...and the answer I got was that both lines were used in the original script.

9. In the Three's Company book, in the episode guide, it shows the ratings for each episode. But for #171 and #172, there's no rating. Do you know how the last episode did in the ratings?
I don't know, but I've always been wondering that too.

10. What season did the best in the ratings? What season did the worst in the ratings?
Season three and four were the highest rated. The lowest rated season was the eighth.

Okay, people, you can still answer, so we can come up to a exact conclusion.

People say this is either from The Love Barge, Black Letter Day, or The Root of All Evil. We can get The Root of All Evil out because in that, Chrissy scrapes her toast, Jack eats his cereal with a fork, and Chrissy again initials eggs and frozen orange juice, so it's either Love Barge or Black Letter Day

2. Also in the Retrospective, there's a clip with Jack eating with a husband and wife at their house, and the wife is flirting with Jack [actually she's putting her foot up Jack's pants]. What episode is this from?
We have concluded that it is "Jack Moves Out", if anyone disagrees, your reasoning will be highly desired.

3. ALSO in the Retro, there's a clip where Janet is teaching Jack that flexibility thing [dont know the term (im dumb lol)], and Jack is all crunched up together like a pretzel. This episode iseither in Season 2 or 3. Do you know this episode?
I'm pretty sure it's "Alone Together" now, but only me and Shane West's Angel have said. Anyone have anything to add?

4. Do you think that Suzanne Somers got fatter during Season 4? For some reason, she looks kind of bigger as I watch through the episodes. It's either that or her clothes... or her bigger hair.
still waiting for answer. People say her hair and makeup, but does anyone else have any other observations?

5. Also about Somers, did Suzanne have a wart on HER right side of her chin? I noticed that there's a spot there in "Larry Loves Janet" and "The Love Lesson"
still waiting for answer

6. Before the contractual disputes and the season 5 chaos, were Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers friends?
People are saying YES. But any other thoughts would be nice to hear

I saw tension as well, their acting was slighlty different. But if anyone has anything else to say, Say it!

Do any of you have anything to say about this?
We have an answer, thanks!

9. In the Three's Company book, in the episode guide, it shows the ratings for each episode. But for #171 and #172, there's no rating. Do you know how the last episode did in the ratings?
Still waiting

10. What season did the best in the ratings? What season did the worst in the ratings?
People have said Season 3 and 4 did best and Season 8 did worst. Anything else worth adding in?
