No. I used to ask what day your bday would fall on though. Im guessing March 1st, since technically thats the day that falls after the 28th..

My brother used to know a girl whose birfday was 2/29 she celebrated it on 2/28 or 3/1

My grandmother.She's dead but the 29th this year would have been her 99th birthday.
