Okay, I did some reading on the official Unsolved Mysteries website as well as an old post here, I think on page 7 or 8 and I think the reason we dont get to see the old segments is because they were hosted by Carl malden and Raymond Burr and possibly there is a right/premission trype issue going on there. Nevertheless, I wrote a letter to UM to the new story idea staff and asked them, no I PLEADED for them to show the old segments. Its been so long ago that I did not even realize they werent always hosted by Robert Stack until I did a little research. Let's hope they get more letters and consider it!

i think nbc would own the rights still so yeah i dont think we'll get to see them anytime soon
