Default "Buffy Ends After 7 Seasons"

In Yahoo! News it says Buffy is cancelled after seven seasons. The Associated Press verified this and that's who broke the story.

Default Thanks, Barnabas.

Thanks, Barnabas, for editing the post. When I posted to Pav when I first saw that it was cancelled,he didn't even know that it was cancelled yet. Wonder why they cancelled Buffy??? Was it the ratings??? Sarah Michelle Gellar leaving???

Sarah Michelle Gellar quit is why it's canceled and it was already let out that season 7 is the last because Sarah didn't want to do an 8th season. Also if you want to ask Pav a question PM him please? You don't have to start 2 threads about it, thank you

Even though I have heard the rumours for months, I am still surprised its over. I hope they don't kill Buffy off this May AGAIN. They will probably kill off all the characters so they cant ever get another slayer show going again.
Its going to be rough finding something to watch on Tuesdays, no other tv show has effected me this way.

I read this on tvtome about Eliza Dushku:

February 25, 2003
Eliza has agreed to star in an untitled drama pilot for FOX. John Feldman, creator of the FOX pilot, says he had Dushku in mind when writing his lead character, a young woman who discovers she can go back in time and relive a day in order to save lives.

The show is now called Heroine and here is a breif summary:

A morgue employee talks to the dead. They tell her how they were killed and she then goes back in time and relives the day and tries to set things right.

That might make it less likely for a Faith spinoff to happen, but it might because the pilot could never air.

I dunno I think it would be better if she just played Faith in her own show. FOX is kind of crappy with their dramas and apparently so is UPN.

Thanks for posting the info
