My answer would simply have to be 'BINGO' from 'Joannie Loves Chachi'! The band's drummer in the Hawaiin shirt and sandals with that all-too-Malphesque comedic style! He simply was THE ONLY BRIGHT SPOT on that otherwise ultra-lame-o show! But being that he was on THAT SHOW, it cancels it all out. Like I mentioned in other posts, it's the reason why Hollywood STILL to this day won't forgive him and won't allow him any real roles. WHO ELSE here agrees? And if not, what's YOUR opinion as to whom the coolest, most-rad, trippiest, funniest all-time TV personality?

Phil Hartman is my favorite. That man was a comic genius. Too bad he was taken from us too early and too suddenly.

For TV characters, I'd have to say Homer Simpson. That guy is a riot!
