Angry Please Help Me!!!

Can anybody help with with something which is driving me crazy!!

In the late 80's and early 90's America exported a comedy to the UK about two cousins living in a New York apartment. One of the cousins was foreign and called 'Balky' (excuse the spelling!), the other was American.

'Balky' was the same guy who appeared in one of the Eddie Murphy films, I think it was the Axel Foley films, where he demonstrated a new machine gun???

I need to know what this sitcom was called, it is starting to drive me insane!!!

It was really funny and enjoyable to watch and I would love to get hold of some old episodes, but I need to know what it was called before I can do anything else.

Yep, that was Perfect Strangers. Just a little correction, they actually had an apartment in Chicago, not New York. Anyway this was definitely one of my favorite shows growing up. It's good to see it airing in America again for the time being. I hope it begins airing in your neck of the woods soon.

Default your confusing two mediums

Bronson Pinchot played balky on perfect Strangers and he played serge in beverly hills cops movies.Mark linn Baker played larry appleton.
