In what order do you tape Happy Days? I know most of you probably tape them in the airing order(like me), but I have considered taping them in the production order(the order in which they were taped) So, what do u think?

It's not a dumb question, but it would be tough to tape them another way since they are aired (usually) by episode #. If you wanted to do it by production #, you'd have tot tape all the eps first then do it yourself. It's nto an idea without merit. If you had them in production order certain things would make more sense, like not having "Ralph's Family Problem" wscens in the old Arnoold's shown after the new Arnold's had debuted.

Well, there is a way to tape them in that order, but it's kind of difficult. I tape them in the airing order, but I first tape them in separate video(in SP). Then, I connect two VCR by a special cable(sold in any store). I get another video(where I tape all the episodes) and I tape the episode I taped separately(SP) and I edit it at the same time. That way I don't get any commercials and the episode is more complete. I tape them in SLP speed, so I can accomodate 16 episodes in 1 tape. The picture quality isn't the best, but it's good.

What do you mean by they "skipped some"? Don't they just play them in order according to episode number? (Future reference for a future tap-ee).

That's why I miss nick!! I know it skips episodes, but at least they were in some kind of order. I like to tape nick's shows & put the wgn missing endings at the end. Does anyone else do this? I hope Nick resumes the HD shows!

I Wish Happy Days would just come out on DVD. Wouldnt have missing parts, or a pesky Network logo. Of course it would take years before the entire series was out. I Wish shows released all their season DVDs at once.

I tape them all. But, I noticed that when TVL aired season 11, they showed all the episodes in no order at all(neither in production or airing order. I found that weird.
