The Picture Of Jesus Hanging On Wall Is Gone In Last Season of Good Times - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was just noticing something,there is always a picture of Jesus hanging on the wall next to the kitchen.In the last season of Good Times it is gone completely,there is a huge black shelf with plants and stuff where the picture was. In the episode, "Black Jesus", Florida comments on what she saw first as a child,my mama,my papa, or this picture of Jesus.

I should have read your post a little more closely because I thought you were talking about the Black Jesus was no longer on the wall. I started checking my tapes and realized you meant the first picture of Jesus. I will look at the only episode i have from the last season and see if it's on the wall in the episode.

I just looked at a episode from the last season and on top of that black shelf is the picture that is showed in the closing credits that was showed for the first time in the 76-77 season.

It was seen from the first season until the fifth season.

It's not gone - they just moved it! If you check the season 6 episodes, the Jesus picture is on the wall next to Florida's bedroom door - the wall on the left.
