Actually from what I know, Kelsey Grammer, born Allen Kelsey Grammer was born on 2-20-55. But I might be wrong.

Kelsey's B'day is 21st Febuary 1955, I have his autobiography and that's when KELSEY says he was born, so I think i'll go with that
 My mom is 364 days younger that Kelsey having being born 22nd Febuary 1956, I just find that interesting but you probably don't
