Default Okay.. Did anyone see the last episode of 7th Heaven ?

I missed the episode last night, and I was wondering if someone could fill me in on all of the details...?!?

I'm gonna take the easy way out here and just copy the summary from the WB's website:

What's the message? Have the courage to trust yourself and stand up for what you believe in.

What's up with Lucy? She's taking the back seat while Annie plans a huge wedding that Lucy doesn't want. She hates that Annie is making her wear her grandmother's dress, she hates the food planned for the reception, the bridesmaid dresses, the flowers - basically everything Annie has planned. The only thing Lucy is happy about is having her father perform the ceremony.

What's up with Eric? He overhears Annie telling Lucy that it's her wedding that is going to bring Eric back to the church - and that's why the wedding has to be big. Later, Eric breaks the news to Lucy: he doesn't want to marry her and Kevin. He wants to just be a father, walking his daughter down the aisle.

What's up with Roxanne and Chandler? Chandler meets Roxanne's father for lunch against the advice of Roxanne. Her father, a detective, has scared away every boyfriend she's ever brought home. Chandler meets her dad, who insists Chandler call him Detective Richards. Furthermore, he puts his gun on the table and tells Chandler he wants him to stop seeing Roxanne. Chandler refuses. Richards says he's going to make life difficult for him. Later, Chandler is pulled over several minor traffic violations and ultimately arrested. Roxanne has the charges dropped.

What's up with Simon? He meets Cecelia's uncle Walter who manages her father's cleaning business. Walter is a likeable guy and gives Cecelia and Simon extra cash on payday so they can go to the movies. Later, Simon returns to Walter's office to get a jacket he left behind and catches Walter putting money from the petty cash box into his own wallet. Simon threatens to tell Cecelia's father.

What's up with Ben? Ben is training a rescue dog, Carson. He takes it for a walk along with Ruthie and Pete. When a pretty girl flirts with Ben, he lets Ruthie and Pete take the dog. They lose the dog. Fearing he'll get in trouble at the fire station, Ben gets a Carson look-alike dog and pretends it's the rescue dog.

How it all ends up? Kevin convinces Lucy to tell Annie how she feels about the wedding plans. Lucy does, but ends up hurting Annie's feelings. When Lucy tries to plan the wedding herself she realizes how much she needs Annie. She apologizes and Annie agrees to help her. Lucy also tells Eric she's always dreamed of him standing on the altar when she got married. She begs Eric not to let her down. He agrees he will marry her - and he's going back to the church!

Chandler visits Roxanne's dad at home. When Richards refuses to accept Chandler and Roxanne's relationship, Chandler says he doesn't care - he's going to pursue Roxanne anyway. He also threatens Richards; Chandler tells him if he threatens him again, he will call his newspaper reporter friends and get them to write an expose on Richards and the Glen Oak police department.

Before Simon can tell Cecelia's father about Walter's theft, Walter tells him that Simon stole the money. Cecelia's dad believes Walter until Cecelia convinces him to investigate further. He looks at the books and discovers Walter has been stealing for years. Cecelia's father apologizes to Simon.

The fire chief runs into Ben and his replacement rescue dog. The chief gives the replacement dog an impromptu test that the dog fails. Turns out Carson was turned in to the fire department after all. The chief knew Ben was lying. Ben is reprimanded, but not fired.

Hope that helps!
Kristen
