Everyone on the Island calls him proffesor, but what is his characters name?

I've got a question: many sources have called him Roy Hinkley, Jr. But I haven't found one reference to the "Jr." in the show. Anyone know? Also about Mrs. Howell's first name being "Eunice." Can't find it.
