I found this picture on ebay promoting "The Golden Palace." I'm wondering -- is the dress Rose is wearing the same one she wore as a bridesmaid in Dorothy's wedding?

Close. The bridesmaid dress was green but the style is pretty much the same as far as I can tell. See pic attached.

Sam -- I think they are the same. The lighting in that picture makes things look darker than they were. I say this because I remember the priest's robe being very white, but it is cream in this photo.

It's not the same dress because in the last episode I remember the dresses being green not blue

If you watch the last episode, the dress is blue. I think the tint in the picture from it makes it appear green.
