A teen. I always thought of him as being 18 when the show started.

I don't think so... he was probably from Milwaukee of New York. It just seems like he should be from New York for some reason.

Yes, Chachi is Fonzie's cousin. Scott Baio was born in New York. (Italian) I'm an huge Chachi nut! I love him, Richie, Lori Beth, Fonzie & Joanie the best! Happy Days rules! BTW (by the way), please don't post a pic of Lenny & Squiggy-I can't stand them. I love Laverne & Shirley!

I'm pretty sure he was supposed to be 19 when the show started. I could swear I read an interview where Henry Winkler said that.
