I Would love to see a Jeffersons Reunion. Imagine if they made A Whole new series with George and Wheezy in a different town. Maybe California since we seen them on The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air a few times as Their Jeffersons Characters.

That would be a wonderful idea except for the fact that Roxie Roker passed away a few years ago and you couldn't probably have a complete reunion special without Roxie.

I remember and I could be wrong reading or hearing once that since the show never got a "finale episode" to wrap up the show, the cast was angry and got together for like a live stage show that was what they would have done if the show had gotten a last episode.
Maybe I'm confusing things but I believe it was in the early 1990's before Roxie Roker died and I want to say that Norman Lear penned it. Anyone else recall this? |

You are right. In the early 90's the cast of the "Jeffersons" toured the country doing stage adaptions of some old episodes. I came "this close" to seeing them; they were scheduled to perform in my town but had to cancel at the last minute. Needless to say, I was "disapernted" as Archie would say.
