Ernest Borgnine and Markie Post ("Night Court") Guest Star

As Uncle Mike (guest star Ernest Borgnine) arrives in D.C., he witnesses the robbery and murder of a jewelry salesman. Mike, a retired cop, believes that the robbery is part of a larger crime about to be committed. As Mike pushes Mannion into following all leads possible, Mannion must determine whether or not Mike is actually onto something. Meanwhile, when Debreno and Nancy transport a government witness (guest star Markie Post) to Chicago, their relationship takes an interesting turn.
