When will Lois have the baby? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was just thinking when Lois will have the baby. Usually on sitcoms when a baby is going to be born it's a big episode, like the season premiere or finale. I hope the season finale of this year she'll have it. Well, in real life time, that's only like 3 months of her being pregnant! So, maybe in the season premiere for next season. Anyways, I'm just anxious!

This May Lois will have her baby on Malcolm in episodes #82-83. It will be a two-parter entitled "Baby." It is not yet known if it will be the seaon finale, but since it's the 19th and 20th episodes of the season, it's likely that there will be two more episodes of season four.

Interesting, I thought for sure that they would stretch it out till next season.

As far as I know, the baby will be born this season. And I don't think its the season finale either since there is another episode after the "baby" episodes according to epguides

I saw Frankie Muniz on The Caroline Rhea Show this week and he said the baby would arrive next season. He also said the producers have not yet decided if it will be a boy or a girl.
