was there ever any type of vehicle (car?) used in any of the Gilligans Island episodes?

Yes. It was seen in episode 72- "The Producer", #77- "Ring Around Gilligan" and # 91-"High Man on Totem Pole" and maybe some other episodes but I know for sure that the bamboo car was seen in the three episodes I said.

Episode 72 is when the producer lands on the island and later leaves them there because he wants to copy off their idea for a musical version of hamlet. *You see the car at the beginning of the episode where Gilligan gets the radio.

Episode 77 is when the same mad scientist like before from "65- "The Friendly Physican"
comes and this time he's on the island trying to control them with rings.* you see the car when the scientist controls them and at the end Gilligan is driving the car and The Professor, Skipper, and Mr. Howell are putting coconuts in the car to pretend they are gold because the mad scientist wants them to help in steal goldn or money from Fort Knox and he is controling them with the rings.

Episode 91 is when Gililgan finds a totem pole that has a head on top of it that looks like his and he thinks is realted to the Kupaki, the tribe who made the totem pole and then later he knows he's not realted to a kupaki.*You see the car when he is driving the Howells and bumps into the pole.
