WHY CAN'T GUYS JUST CALL WHEN THEY SAY THERE GONNA CALL?? I MEAN, WHAT IS SOO HARD ABOUT PICKING UP A PHONE, PUNCHIGN IN 7 NUMBERS AND I DUNNO, SAYING "HELLO"!! UGGGGGGGG!!!!

good question!!!!!! but they never can!! (only here we have to dial 10 numbers for local calls! lot more work..
