I am in complete shock by his death I remember watching him when Raw first started. This is a sad day for the wrestling business. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Yet another pro wrestler has died at a young age (Hennig was 44). He and Rick Rude (who also died in his 40s) started out in the business together in Minnesota.

I not only remember watching Curt Hennig wrestle, but I've also seen his father, Larry "The Axe" Hennig in the ring. I presume there will be some sort of tribute at the beginning of "RAW" this evening.

My prayers go out to the Hennig family.

Sadly, a lot of great wrestlers die from either heart problems or drug-related stuff.

Too many people dieing these days. Whats messed up is i was watching him on NWA a couple weeks ago on pay preview. Me and my dad watch it every Wednesday. Yeah its crazy cuz im a big wrestling fan and when i was younger i was too and i remember him from back then as well.. Messed up. R.I.P Mr. Perfect.

Several past and present wrestlers from The WWE have died within the past several years, you know? Brian Pillman, Owen Hart, British Bulldog, Gorilla Monsoon, Rick Rude, and a couple others..

Hey, I'm not talking about wrestlers here but is Bobby "The Brain" Heenan still living?

It was a shock to me as well. This guy was an idol of mine and one of my favorites. I am constantly throwing stuff behind my back and catching it everyday and spitting my gum out and hitting it like a tennis ball like he used to do. I really can't believe he's gone. I am very thankful I got to meet him and get his autograph and a picture with him back in 2001. He will really be missed.

He truly was Absolutely, Positively..PERFECT!

Rest in Peace Curt.

The British Bulldog died a few months ago of a heart attack I believe and Gorilla Monsoon died a few years ago also of a heart attack I believe. Also Yokozuna and Rocko Rock of the Tag team Public enemy died a few months ago also of a heart attack.
