Its name is Seabiscuits it said so in 2 episodes the one about Gilligan and that duck that they were teaching to fly and when he was reading his will.

His polo pony back home was named Bruce. He said so in the episode THE SECOND GINGER GRANT. He was tying Ginger's hair into pigtails and said that the last bow he tied was for his polo pony Bruce. So, you're both right!
