I don't know about any of you, but I hated this character. It's nothing against the actor who played him, I just hated his storylines. How do you guys feel about Robin? Did you like him, hate him or really didn't care? I feel he almost made Cheers "Jump The Shark!"

I never liked the character.

Besides, I was never a Rebecca fan and Robin's presence would just involve a Rebecca plotline.

I still love Cheers but she is the grain of salt.

I couldn't stand Robin. I also wasn't crazy over Rebecca so the two of them together made me want to jump into a shark's mouth.

Robin didn't really bother me that much. I mean, I didn't care for him, but he didn't annoy me to the point of wanting to put a gun to my head the way some of other recurring characters (i.e. Kelly, Henri, etc.) did. Maybe it's just because I enjoy Rebecca so much, I didn't really mind. *shrug* I dunno.

I liked Robin. And Henri and Kelly were great. When Henri always made jokes about stealing Woody's girlfriend. I laughed so much. Tonight at 1:00 they are playin the one where him and Sam have the phone number contest to see who can get the most phone numbers. haha. great great great. And the way Kelly is so dense. When she makes it sound like she cares, then a pause, and then she says, "Well bye everybody". haha. Great characters. And Loretta. O man she was histerical. "Hello Gang of Cheers". haha. ok I'll stop now.

Robin was somewhat annoying but not as horrible as Evan Drake. The only reason I liked Robin was because he gave Rebecca more storylines. It was great to see Sam and the other regulars make fun of him when he went to prison though.

I really couldn't stand Robin, but I liked the episodes that dealt with him not being inthe episode, like when Sam and Rebecca broke into his house, or when Sammy and the guys made fun of him for picking up trash or whatnot. Henri was funny, like when all the guys were like "thats the guy that's trying to steal woody's girl" "man i hate that guy" and then Henri'd be like Hello fellows, and they'd all be like "Hey, Henri!!" so true to real life it was funny to watch him and Sam compete. Kelly was just a ditz, but she was still funny as a ditz, like when she didnt seem to think there was anything wrong with Henri's pretending to steal her away. Those 2 added more to Woody's character and i thought they were great.

I agree, having too many occasional characters in the last three seasons hurt the show...no wonder they wrote Robin out of the plot so quickly, and only included Henri in episodes centering around Woody. I didn't care for Kelly either.

I never really cared much for Robin, either. My favorite Robin storyline was when he was just using Rebecca and he caught and carted off to jail. I was hoping that was going to be the last we saw of him. Apparently not.
