It wouldn't be a bad idea. Since Chuck Woolery use to host it, you could have it run back to back with his other shows like Lingo, Love Connection and Greed.

I agree with Brian Damage.. I wonder if they'll also ever show his Wheel of Fortune from the 1970s, with Susan Stafford.. It'd be great, you know?

Yes, it would be nice to see the original Wheel Of Fortune with Chuck Woolery and Susan Stafford!!! I was only about 3 years old when it first came on,and I do remember watching it!! I even have the Milton Bradley Board Game from the 70's with Chuck and Susan on the box!!!
If the Game Show Network would only bring back some of the older shows like Tic Tac Dough, Joker's Wild, Sale Of The Century, Scrabble, but the Game Show Network is getting into more original programming now,so the chances of those shows coming back are probably slim at the present time!!! Why don't we make a petition saying that we want the older game shows back on Game Show Network??? Anything is worth a try!!!

They should even bring some shows that were reran on the USA Network. Press Your Luck, The $25,000 Pyramid, The $100,000 Pyramid, Love Connection, Win, Lose Or Draw, Jackpot, and a few others all currently air/have aired on Game Show Network ever since it's launch in 1994.

And for those wondering, Yes, Love Connection was on USA Network. It aired from 1995-1996 with the USA Live block which replaced the game show block in the fall of 1995.

All I can say is that I predict that game shows like Split-Second, Scrabble, High Rollers, and more will be seen on GSN within the next five years or so..

It would be great for Scrabble to be on Game Show Network but then Chuck Wooley would hae more games on than anyone else.
The Closest person is Bob Eubanks with 2 and I just realized Chuck already has the most games on GSN he has 3. Scrabble migt not comeback due to the block NBC hasput on most of it'd Dream Team 80s Daytime line up. Why do you think we haven't seen Sale, or Classic Concentration, or Daytime Wheel

Does GSN own the rights to CW's version of Wheel?

OMG I wish USA would bring back their Game Show days altogether.

That would be SO cool!

No Whammy, No Pyramid (the new one not the old ones)....did they ever show the 70s Pyramid? and bring Family Feud!

Uh, excuse me RainMan, but USA can't air them anymore. They stopped in late 1995. And plus they no longer have the rights..

Well, if you wanna be TECHNICAL about it:

Gene Rayburn has 3 shows on GSN too (Match Game '7x, Match Game PM, Match Game SYN), even though they all fall under the Big MG umbrella

Also, If I had to guess about it, with all the cheap-semi cheap stuff gotten (WLOD, Love Connection, etc.), the only things left to do are to

a)Get the rest of the PYL's if they haven't already. (I fully believe that they will start the new eps on March 17. CAse in point. Whammy Season 2 starts that same day. The last of the 200 eps they have airs on the 16th.)

b)Proceed to start saving money for Scrabble (Due to Woolery being a hit for GSN) aand The Price is Right (FFor those who don't know, Bob Boden, the VP of GSN, is most likely the BIGGEST TPIR FAN OF THEM ALL...He saved Superball from the CBS Dumpster and took it home with him for cryin out loud!). How will they do this...remember, you haven't heard anything about a season 2 of WinTuition or a Season 3 of Russian Roulette Yet. By axing those 2 shows, even though the thought sickens me, they'd save anywhere from a few thousand up to $150,000+ a show, not counting production costs. That'll buy up libraries quickly.

Sad Chuck Woolery's WOF

Sadly most of the original WOF starring Chuck Woolery has been destroyed as were most game shows on NBC from the 1960's and 1970's. Most all of the original Jeopardy and Concentration met this same fate. Only Goodson-Todman were good at saving their shows. The producers and networks simply did not want to pay to store them and most thought that rerunning game shows would never happen. The original HS on game show network are all from the evening syndicated versions. The daytime ones most likely died years ago.
As for Scrabble, I would love to see it again along with Sale of The Century with Jim Perry. I've heard that the first season of SOTC was erased by NBC in the mid 1980's but I don't know for sure. Anyway, Gameshow Network was much better when it first started as was Nick-at-Nite and TVLand. All of the networks start out great then go down the toilet after a few years. What happens is they all start catering to the younger crowd which, in their minds, means showing newer stupid shows.
