Hennessey was one of my favorite shows growing up. I seem to recall that Charles Bronson was on the show, either as a regular or in a guest appearance.

Can anybody verify? Thanks.

Charles Bronson made two appearances on Hennesey as Navy Intelligence inspector, Commander Steve Odgrowski.

The first appearance was on the episode "Hennesey à la Gunn", first aired on 17 October 1960.

Bronson's second appearance, in the episode "The Nogoodnik" (first aired 17 April 1961), was the better of the two shows. In this, Hennesey goes against his old friend, CDR Odgrowski, to defend a sailor charged with armed robbery. For once, Hennesey's instincts are wrong, as Odgrowski proves, and Chick loses faith in himself.

CDR Odgrowski's talk with Dr. Hennesey at the end is one of the high points of the series and encapsulates what the whole show was about.
