Default Do you Watch too Much TV???

I think I'm starting to, like a few years ago I'd watch about 30 minutes to 1 hour of TV. these days I'm watching up to 3 hours. Its very unhealthy, I want to work out or play basketball or something but I'm too nervous with My social anxiety and all. I don't know what to do.

what about you? do you watch too much TV?

god yes! I don't know exactly how many hours a day I do watch, but it sure is over the average of what you're supposed to watch. If my TV wasn't so big I'd pick it up and take it every where with me, even if it didn't have a cable attached to it. Let's just say i'm addicted.

I used to watch a lot more than I do now. It seems like all my favorite stations took off my favorite shows, so I only watch about 4 hours of tv per day. Yeah, it's cut down quite a lot.

I watch more tv than I should, especially in the winter. During the summer I'm usually outside.

I don't watch as much TV as I did before but I still watch too much. I'm more on the computer now or doing other stuff.

When I was younger, I used to watch a lot of TV, but I've found that ever since I started college in fall of '99, I've been watching less and less TV each year. I've lost just about all interest in current network TV.
