Default Mrs. Cleaver?

In todays episode (Spunkless Spunky) Marion sent Joanie over to a neighbors house with some potato salad, she was sopposed to ask them if they could keep it in a cool place (The Bathtub) but MRS CLEAVER was already in it...Does this mean The Cleavers and the Cunninghams live on the same block? I wonder why Wally and Joanie never dated...LOL

Does anyone know if she actually did say Mrs. Cleaver?

Maybe Joanie did date Wally....but what if she dated Beaver? If both shows started at the same time (I'm assuming) then she'd be more Beaver's age. Well...Beaver never did like girls...

Thank God she and Opie didn't live on the same street. Wisconsin and Milwaukee, thank god they're miles away!

I could have sworn Joanie said Mrs. Cleaver. I remember Ken Osmond ( Eddie Haskell ) played Freddie Bascomb in the 'Vocational Education' episode.
