Default Make your own clothes

Do any of you like...make your own clothes? lol. I've been home all week sick, so I've been working on this shirt.........I think it's taking longer than it should, but I'm ALMOST done. It looks like it could be almost ok.....besides the fact that the front and back and sides are all diff lengths
at the bottom.......I dunno. I think making my own clothes would rock...as long as they didn't fall apart during Law and Economics class or something........

That's so cool. I'm not much of a sewer so I don't make alot of clothes. In home economics class I once started sewing a skirt. I never finished it though because I ran out of time at the end of the year. For some reason I just never bothered to finish it.

I'm not much of a sewer either. I try to sew up holes in my boxers and t-shirts or whatever but the holes always open up again within an hour! I'm useless when it comes to things like that.
Although I did once do a very cool (even if I do say so myself) cross-stitch picture of Tigger. I was so proud of it that I framed it and hung it on my wall. I did feel like a wee bit of a wuss sewing a cross-stitch picture though...

I can't sew worth a damn. If I tried to make my own clothes, they'd look ridiculous!

I used to love cross stitch!

Anyways, no I dont make my own clothes. If I wanted to, I could be very good @ sewing. But, I dont have the patience to sew. I also have NO attention span what so ever. I took sewing class 11th grade and I started a bunch of things and never finish through them because I got bored. The only things I made a lot of were fleece skarves. I sewed them inside out and made lil pockets on them for your hands. I also added gems or feather boa's to the hand pockets. I made like, 5 or 6 of them. But, I never hand sewed the last step to close it up-- I got bored! LOl

The only thing I've ever sewn is a lunchbag in 6th grade. It took me 3 days to so a SINGLE piece of velcro on and I ended up having a helper do it for me in the end.

Me? Sew? That's a laugh
