LOL, easy choice, I know, but he's the only one that always comes to mind.

For #5, I still have no clue. Believe me, I've thought of it.

As for the man who pushed Blanche's buttons... if you watch the first season episode where Kate gets married, Blanche and Dorothy are talking in the living room.
