Default Out-of-body experiences

Today in science i read this article about ppl that have had out of body experiences. they said that when the paramedics or whoever was working on em, they suddenly found themselves floating above the room. some other ppl say they actually went to heaven and saw their dead relatives and stuff. We've been wonderin for awhile if this is a figment of ur mind when that happens or if its something spiritual and it really happens...which do yall think it is? I think its spiritual. i mean...it could be ur imagination but is it a coincidence that every1 finds themself as an angel? i dont think so.

I'm sure they're real. This world is filled with the un-explained. I've had dreams that I've actually talked to my dead grandmother. Don't know if that counts as un-explained, but it seemed real to me.

yeah...i had a dream 1 time that i went up to the sky and i saw my mom and she was an angel w/ wings and a halo and everything and she taught me how to fly. Ever since then, whenever i have a lucid dream [when u realize ur dreaming], i fly the way she taught me to and it works. I dream about her like every night. Usually, they turn into lucid dreams...a few months ago i had a lucid dream about her and i asked her if she knows why i keep dreaming about her. she said something like its so i can be assured that shes w/ me in real life and theyre turning into lucid dreams so i can still spend time w/ her if u know what i mean.

i dont know if this is exactly what you're talking about but something like that kind of happened to me once: at my grandmothers viewing i went in the back room to try to get away from all the people and ended up getting upset and then when i went to sit down i passed out- but the weird thing was i remember seeing myself passed out (the angle was looking down on the room) even though i wasnt concious then...it was weird

ive also had those dreams- in one i saw my grandparents and in another my friend who died almost 2 yrs ago. i think it is possible.

I know that feeling when I went to my grandmother's viewing. I nearly passed out as soon as I walked in and saw her lying there. I just wanted to die 'cause I've never lost anyone that close to me before. I didn't pass out, but the whole time I thought I was going to. I dream about her a lot. I think it's so she can watch me or something.

I find the subject (life after death, out of body experiences) interesting. Because I'm curious about it, I've read many books on it. The best I've read is "Embraced By The Light" by Betty J. Eadie. Very detailed. I've read it about 4 times already. Also good is what is considered to be the first book about life after death, "Life After Death" by Raymond Moody. This one was first printed in 1975 or '76.

I think its Possible but then again I believe in Telepathy and stuff I've had premonitions that came true one for instance being I dreamt about my Niece before she was born (well both me and My dad did) she was supposed to be a boy according to my sisters ultrasound and stuff but My dad and I were convinced she was a girl because of our premonition and well Low and Behold SHE was a Girl and a few years later our dream came true

I believe it's spiritual. But then again I believe in a lot of things but yeah I think out of body experiences are real and they aren't imagining it at all.

I had a sunday school teacher who said that they have had cases where people have had bad experiences. Where they have seen rings of fire and things like that. She said there was one guy who on the operating table said "don't let me die because I'm in hell"

I believe it can happen. I have never had one myself. I think it would be really neat to have one though.

I think things like that happen. I mean I ALWAYS space out a lot and one time I saw my life flash before me. I mean I wasn't about to get killed or anything, I was just sitting there...kinda outta it...
