Red face

I DETESTED.............. The Steve Harvey Show.

My hubby would always watch it.

Now I see myself watching it and I told him I've been watching it lately (You know he laughed)............

I remember the first time I watched Hogan's Heroes. I thought, "What the hell? I have no idea what is going on!" It made no sense to me whatsoever. I seriously thought you had to be a WWII historian to understand it. Then later I watched it again and thought, "What the hell was my problem? There's nothing complicated about this!" Now it's one of my all time favorite shows.

I was also never wild about AITF, but one night I was bored and watched ABP. I like that show and watch it whenever I remember.

Oh, Dragnet. My dad LOVED this show and I thought, "Damn, this is boring." Then one day I watched Adam-12, fell in love with that show, went back and watched Dragnet, and liked it. Can't wait for the remake this Sunday.

Friends I hated it without watching a single episode. But now I can't get enough of it.

I used to hate "Happy Days" but now it's one of my favorite shows. Same with "Wings". I still remember making fun of that show, and now I love it.

Default Can't judge a book by its cover

My examples are shows that I never watched at all but just assumed I'd hate.

One is Coach. I avoided it during its original run because I thought it was all about football. Now I love it. The show is hilarious and has a lot of heart. Football is simply the backdrop.

Barney Miller. I thought this was a dull stupid cop show taking place in a dingy Squad Room. I started watching it last year and discovered it's one of the best written adult comedies in history. I was correct about the dingy Squad Room though.

Green Acres

I used to hate it a long, long time ago when it originally aired because I found it irritating.

Now (just a "long" time ago, not a "long, long" time ago) I think it's a riot and just a little sick! Wish it would return to TV Land.

I use to hate Everybody Loves Raymond without watching a single episode. Don't ask me why. However, now I love it.

Same here. When it first came out, I was like "Man, this show looks stupid!" Then, I watched a couple of episodes with my mom and I was proven wrong. I really enjoyed it.

Friends-Didn't really watch it until syndication.I watched it once before that and didn't get it.

Will & Grace-Much like "Just Shoot Me" I used it as a way to pass the time but now I think it's one of the funniest shows ever on television.

Scrubs-I thought it was stupid and unfunny. Now I think it's stupid and kind of funny.

For some odd reason I used to hate The Wonder Years, but now I love it. Is it still on?

I Love Lucy. Dont ask me why, but I HATED it when I was younger-- I think it was because my mother watched it so much. I was like, 7 so yah LOl.

The Jeffersons. I detested it the moment I knew it was coming to N@N in 99 (it moved HD to a different timeslot LOl), now I love it and miss it!!

When I was younger, I hated watching the shows my parents watched: Golden Girls (its friggan hilarious!), Everybody Loves Raymond (now on my Monday must-see list) and Coach.

My mother is trying so hard to get me into that show but I will not watch it. Raymond bugs me, I love Debra and Marie though.
