NEED HELP on transferring videos - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Does anybody know how or know somebody else who knows how to take PAL VHS tapes made in England and transfer them to NTSC format to be played in USA? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You

I have a PAL Format VCR made to convert to NTSC. At the moment it is being repaired because I burnt the motor in it from using it so much

If you don't find anyone else to do it for you I can help you out once I get it back. You just have to let me know

Hello,
Usually if you check around your area there are places that dub PAL to NTSC for about $19 each 2 hr. tape. Otherwise you can pick up a PAL VCR at conventions like Chiller for about $160 nowsdays. Even DVD players now you can get from Europe for about the same.
