Lightbulb "Guess the Guest" (Game)

I borrowed this idea from the "Three's Company" board, and I thought the game might work just as well here. Here's how you play: Someone posts the name of a guest character on TMTMS, for example, Ida Morgenstern. Then the next player posts a few sentences explaining who that person is, and what they did, etc. Going back to my Ida example, you might say, "Ida is Rhoda's mother from New York who is constantly pressuring Rhoda to get married". Then you post the name of another guest character, and so on.

I'm going to start this one off with one of my favorite people from the first season: Robert C. Brand.

Robert C. Brand is Mary's tax auditor who took her out on a couple of dates and sent her flowers in the newsroom.

Gee, I'd LIKE to play, but I'm waiting for MamaFan to finish her turn. (Please name a character.)

Eric Matthews was the guy who was really short, and Mary was self-conscious about the difference in their height.

Warren Sturges was the guy Mary dated once, but then couldn't get rid of him until he found someone else. One of her worst dates!

I am not trying to interrupt your game, but can anyone confirm or deny the fact that Henry Winkler made a guest appearance on MTM? If he did appear, who was he? I thought I remembered reading that he made an appearance, but don't know for sure.

Yes, Henry Winkler guest-starred on MTM episode # 82, "The Dinner Party". He played Steve Waldman, one of Rhoda's co-workers who was just fired. Feeling sorry for him, Rhoda invited him to join her as her guest at Mary's dinner party. (The party was a disaster, of course, like all of Mary's parties.)
