Default Maybe It's Me

Hey, does anyone remember this 2001-2002 show on the WB.

I thought at the time, that this was the best show on television. It was so funny and well-written and well-acted. It had heart and it was unique. It is a complete shame that it was cancelled. The WB replaced it with unfunny junk like What I Like About You and Greetings from Tuscon. This show well deserved a second season.

And did anyone know that the lead star of the show, the lovely and talented Reagan Dale Neis, is now playing Malcolm's new girlfriend on Malcolm in the Middle.

I watched Maybe It's Me, and I absolutely loved it! I was so upset when it was cancelled! And I felt the same way about Popular the year before that. Remember that show?

Popular was one of those quirky shows that most critics hated, and its fan following wasn't enough to keep it on the air.

Personally, I like "Greetings From Tucson". I think it's funny.

What I Like About you is alright. I just don't find Jennie Garth that funny. Raising Dad was dull.

Maybe It' s Me well deserved to come back for a second season. I guess the WB network only cancelled it because it had low ratings, but Maybe It's Me had big enough of a fan base for the show to be for another season.

You know, I'm never going to forgive the WB for cancelling that show!

I totally agree! The way they ended that show left so much to be desired! Grant and Mia were gonna hook up, and that would have been so great to see! Stupid WB! But they have redeemed themselves in my eyes through Reba.

I like Reba also.

But what ticks me off is that they didn't have Maybe It's Me come back for its well-deserved second season, but they brought back Sabrina the 20-something Witch back for a 7th season.

Like, Sabrina is an adult and no longer a teenager, and probably not in college now, so why did the network have to bring that show back! Does anybody actually watch that show anymore?
[I stopped watching Sabrina right after she wasn't a teenager anymore]

Another thing that sucks is that one of Maybe It's Me's stars, Andrew Walker, who played oldest brother Rick Stage on the show, joined the cast of Sabrina. Maybe that prevented Maybe It's Me from returning!

I have a hard time getting over the fact that a excellent show like Maybe It's Me was cancelled, and replaced with new junk and old junk!

I agree! Sabrina is total and absolute crap now! I used to watch it every week, but when she went to college, my viewing was cut back to once every two weeks at most. Now I try to avoid it if at all possible. For one, she's no longer a teen; two, her and Harvey are no longer an item; three, Hilda and Zelda are completely gone, and they made the show! I can't believe they dumped Maybe It's Me for this crap!
