Default Allan Drake who played Fred`s white brother in law Rodney

I am trying to find out more about Allan Drake, who appeared in 3 episodes of Sanford And Son. He played Rodney Victor, Fred`s white son in law. Kind of an obnoxious, but interesting charactor. I saw the Internet Movie Database listing for him, but am looking for more info beyond that. I know he was a comedian and that he was on the Tonight Show several times between the late 60s and early 70s. He also was on "Eddie`s Father", "Get Smart", and "The Partners", the latter two with Don Adams. Also learned that in the late 50s, his wife was gunned down while riding in a car with people involved with gangsters or something. Sad story. If anyone has any more info on Allan Drake, let me know. Thanks

Allan Drake died March 8, 1986

He was a radio personality in Baltimore in the early 1960s and he was probably a comedian in Vegas that Redd Foxx took a liking to and brought him on the show.

Scott Cokeley Are you there? I have Allan Drake's autograph. Opened for Bobby Darin. Flamingo, Las Vegas, August 1963. Interested?
