Okay, so here's a question. The episode where Lillian opens the Yesterday Cafe is listed as being #79. So how come there are scenes at the diner in several earlier episodes (#75 and #77, for example)? I know that episodes don't always air in order of filming, but it strikes me as odd that this major plot point would have been overlooked...

Yeah, Shows do that weird stuff sometimes. One episode of Happy Days takes place in the Old Arnolds even though it was burnt down and rebuilt episodes earlier

The Yesterday Cafe was the restaurant Lillian owned in Season 4 and Season 5. I know that there was at least 1 or 2 episodes in that season that did NOT show the cafe. Sid's Pizza was only used in Season 2 and 3. It was never used at all in Season 4, though we hear that "during the 1988-1989 season, she coverted it"...
