I trying to remember the actress who played Howie's (Moosie Drier) babysitter in an episonde of Bob Newhart. Howard hired her when Howie came to live with him, then when Howie when back to live with his mother, Howard keep the babysitter.

I believe I remembering watching this episode and I'm not sure though but it might have been, Pat Finley (Ellen Hartley). I believe Howard Borden was dating her for awhile, along with babysitting Howie.

Yes, Pat Finley dated Howard in several episodes, but this actress was on just this one episode. She was probably about 20 at the time, and later became - if not well known, a "known" actress. I remember seeing her name in the credits watching a repeat years later and I was surprised that I recognized the name.
