Who was the better nutty neighbor? Iola or Ethel? My vote goes to Iola! She's nuttier and gets on your nerves more than Ethel does!

Apples and Oranges. Ethel wasn't nutty to me. Obviously she was best friends with Lucy so she was a little cooky, but far more entertaining to watch. She didn't get on my nerves AT ALL. Iola totally did. Her annoyance isn't so bad that I can't enjoy her presense on the show, but she wasn't entertaining in a good way like Ethel.
