I realized that the show you posted about was headlined by a Russian, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't speak English! What the hell does "anyone know how did the was used to be on in reruns of what any networks" mean?

"What a Country" ran in syndication from 1986-1987, and only 26 episodes were produced. Chances are it's been locked in a vault since '87, but it may have resurfaced on an independant station like NY's WWOR, which used to play "Fish," "E/R," and a few other short-lived sitcoms. Don't know if this answers your question or not, since your question seemed to be a series of randomly typed out words.

Default WHAT A COUNTRY

It has been shown on TV LAND a few times. They don't run it as a regularly scheduled series, but occasionally show individual episodes as part of their weekend boxset series. Keep an eye on their schedule.

He is mentally challenged. He was asking what channels the series had aired on in syndication.
