When I was a teenager I had a nice 60's poster of Peter Tork of the Monkees. He was sooo cute in it & I lost it & have no idea what happened to it.

Oh, the picture in the middle of that poster is the sweetest and the sexiest at the same time! That is the only time I have ever seen him wearing something open, with his navel showing (except for the very quick peek we got when his robe fell open in the episode in the hospital)! Sooo hot! But the expression on his face and the way he has his hands folded make him look so innocent!

Mariposal - Did Freddie really say that? The quote you have in your signature line? That is really what a friend is suppose to be. I just want to cry when I think of his friends.

JennyLee, according to his mother's book that was the first line of an essay Freddie wrote on friendship (she doesn't say when but it sounds like a school paper). I couldn't fit the entire quote on the signature line but the rest is:

"A friend makes your problems his problems. He will be with you when you need him most. He is never too busy to listen to you. That is what a friend means to me."

A huge shame that Freddie never seems to have found that kind of friend, I think.

I read that in his moms book too & used it on my site somewhere. It's so sad he felt he never had any friends... We were his friends altho he never knew it.

& A stranger outbid me. So I outbid them. I got off the puter awhile, came back & they had outbid me again by 50c & won the auction!

Worse yet they aren't anyone who hangs out on any CATM/Freddie sites.

I really wanted these too! Fortunately what pics were in the ad I saved on my puter but I'd love to see the others.

(Cries hard)... I'm tired of getting outbid by strangers. If I gotta get outbid I'd rather have it by one of ya'll. Sigh...

The bigger BW one with the blackboard behind him, I dodn't mind losing that one as it's int he TOO YOUNG TO DIE BOOK we have. But I wanted the one of him in the white studded leisure suit, the one of him with short hair in a t-shirt & the one of him with short hair in that print shirt. Lord only knows what the other 16 pictures look like.

If the high bidder of the pics happens to stop by here can you please send me a scan of all the pictures? I'd be glad to put them on my site & give you credit for them.
