I was wondering was Ned ever mentioned again after his wife took him home once he was all cleaned up? This was the episode that Florida wanted to win the cleanest apartment contest

Ned the Wino was metioned many times in the series, but only made 3 appearances.

I never saw the houseguest and i'm in the process of getting it now. I barely remember the episode Love has a Spot on His Lung.
