Just watched this for the first time today. Really, really creepy. And more of that music that will keep you up at night. If you listen closely, after they get through the piece where the homeowner comes back to the house for lunch and then shows the detectives examining the house, thats when it starts. Its a piece Unsolved Mysteries has used for a long time and all I can say is

Thats why I believe the music they used on this show was instrumental to its success and scares me witless.
