Actually, "The Big Bet" was Episode #65. It was in the third season (1971-1972). The plot was Greg betting Bobby that Greg could do twice as many chin-ups as his youngest brother. (In the end, Greg lost "The Big Bet".)

I've always been amazed at how they wrote that ep for Bobby psyched out Greg the whole time with the classic line:
