Canadian Bacon - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

One of my favorite movies is on this afternoon, "Canadian Bacon" starring the late great John Candy. "Cheers" regular Rhea Perlman, and the high exalted Hawkeye himself, Alan Alda as the President.
Written and directed by documentary master Michael Moore, this film is a really funny satire of politics and Canadian culture.

Gotta love it!
Anyone else know of this great film?

Technically, "Wagons East" was Candy's last film. He passed away while filming it.
Since "Canadian Bacon" was released after "Wagons East," I guess you can call it his last movie...

Yeah, I knew he died during WE filmign ,but the IMdb said CB came out in '95

I liked Canadian Bacon, I thought it was pretty funny. I never realized Michael Moore directed it.
