Default Freshman Friday

I remember in 8th grade, Freshman Friday was such a scary thing for us, but nothing really happened except to some people who deserved it. The Seniors wrote "Welcome to the Jungle, Freshmen" and tattooed us with Fresh Meat on our foreheads. Oh yeah, they hit us with waterballoons...I'm looking forward to doing that next year when I'm a senior. Did you guys ever get anything on Freshman Friday?

No one really cares about Freshman at my school. They only complain about us when the hallways are crowded. ("Too many freshman in this school!") But it's really not a big deal.

I don't like the attitude that most of my friends have. They think that because they're upperclassmen they have this huge power over freshman (which is true in some cases) but it gets out of control. Yeah, it annoys me when the freshman crowd the hallways with these huge bags and such, but it would annoy me if anyone else would do that too. I've screamed at my share of freshman and seniors to move. But my friends have that high and mighty attitude and only scream at the freshman.
"Move, you stupid ninth grader!"
"If you're all so small, why do you make such a big mess in the halls?"
It's rude and frankly, I don't like it. But everyone blames the freshman because they're there to blame...

Exactly. It's not just the freshman crowding the halls. Yah.

Even though I'm a freshman, I hate the whole group of us. Coming back from lunch, we are so loud! The upperclassmen arent half that loud, but I have the most immature class ever.

To answer your question...we didnt have a Freshman Friday.

What I don't appreciate about the freshman is that ours have no respect for the people working in the school. We've been in this school for 3 yrs and we know that the janitors have a lot to do, and it's not their job to clean up after us, but we should do it too. I hate looking at the freshman section of our cafeteria, it's so messy. I saw this one girl just throw a bottle on the ground like it was nothing and right next to the janitor too. I told her to pick it up and after a bit of grumbling she did. I just wish they'd have more respect for the people who work in the school. They're not servants

No but at my school we have something called Spirit week and the freshmen get chewed out pretty badly. Fortunally I'm now a sophomore.

not to stereotype- but omg the freshmen here are annoying!! Frosh are tormented every year, its just how things work. It never stops because everyone torments the freshmen the way they were tormented as freshmen.
We didnt have freshman friday but we had rent an underclassman day which was where upperclassment could make a freshman their slave for the day.

Hey!!! Juniors aren't so bad! We're just enjoying finally being in the top two grades at school so we don't mind pushing people around a bit. But what's so bad about them?
