Angry Fonzie with Chuck

Did you ever notice during Happy Days's first Season, Fonzie and Chuck never appeared in a scene Together? And then in Season 2 when Randolf Roberts took over, they where seen together a few times, but never talked to each other. I think Chuck's charachter could have been around till the Series final episode in 1984, if they would have had him interact with Fonzie more. Also they should have had plots that revolved Exclusively around Fonzie and Chuck. It really would have saved Chuck's charachter.

Fonzie: Chuck, come here, I need to talk to you stretch.

Chuck: (bouncing his ball) Sure Fonz what is it?

Fonzie: If you don't stop bouncing that ball, I'm gonna make it so you'll never play Basketball again.

In the Christmas episode episode from 1974, Fonzie cancels his going-away plans, to stay with the Cunninghams, and, if I remember right, Chuck said a few words to Fonzie, about how happy he was for him to stay with them

Actually I distinctly remember Chuck talking to Fonzie in that episode when Richie moves in with Chuck in Chuck's apartment.

Lightbulb

During the Christmas show when Chuck was working to fix the Christmas lights, Fonzie valenteered to help.
Chuck: "I've tested every bulb with this new bulb."
Fonzie to Chuck: "Did you ever think that this bulb could be bad too?"
Chuck to Fonzie: "The thought did cross my mind."

Something like that.

Yes, the only time Chuck and The Fonz talked to each other was the Christmas episode from 1974. It was also Ironically Chuck's last episode. Now something interesting about Chuck that not too many people would know is that he was mentioned once in the later seasons. It was in the Christmas episode from the 4th season. Fonzie is telling Al about 2 years earlier when he spent Christmas with the Cunningham's, and he says "Richie's brother Chuck was home from College.

Instead of Roger, they should've brought back Chuck after Richie left. Ted McGinley could've played him & the character could've been exactly the same as Roger & it would strengthen the family unit more

That would be horrible. Chuck was a red haired dummy, Roger was a blonde haired genius. I Dont think that would make much sence...But Roger is the Cousin, So hes still technically family.
