I am wondering--is the lady who plays Aunt May in the recent movie "Spiderman" the same lady who plays Mrs. Hunsicker (the prospective house buyer) in the episode where the kids are trying to "haunt" their house so it won't sell?

Nope, not the same person, Mrs. Hunsicker was played by Fran Ryan who died in 2000. Aunt May was played by Rosemary Harris.

Fran Ryan, I remember seeing her on that show Sigmund and the Sea Monsters. She played the aunt, I think. Her character on that was Gertrude Gouch. I'm pretty sure she was an aunt.
