I have posted Freddie's last will and testament in it's entirity in the photo album section of my site.
I also have the autopsy report, coroner's report, detective case report, death certificate, order of probate, toxicology report, funeral expenses, and a few other documents to still post. I hope to have everything up by the end of this weekend...hopefully. Check it out. http://communities.msn.com/PrinzeofHearts |

It was a lot of interesting reading chicosladyfair. It still puzzles me why Freddie left so little to his dad. Thanks for posting all of that right now with all you must have going on in your mind right now.

Thanks catcopy...things should start getting back to an even keel soon.
If you read carefully you'll find that he left NOTHING to his father or Kathy. And stipulated that if any person named in the will tried to help her or his father contest the will that that person would be disinheireted. |

Interesting, You still have to wonder why Freddie left nothing to his father. I doubt that we`ll ever know. Very good Chicosladyfair,I`ll keep looking for the other documents to be put up.

I too wondered why he left his dad out. It's obvious why he left Kathy out. Since he re-did the will so close to his death, I can't help but wonder if he was planning for quite sometime to do it. It's so sad...

You know at 22 years old some people never make out a will. He was so young.
Hmmm... Sometimes I wonder of the relationship between Karl and Freddie. I know Karl drank because Freddie had mentioned it before. So sad......

I just noticed the autopsy report is out on PRINZE OF HEARTS:
http://communities.msn.com/PrinzeofH...psyreport.msnw I just read it & it is a good cry, about 2 hankys worth for me. It's so sad. I got the impression he had Pnuemonia or Bronchitus when he died & probably never knew it & was bleeding in his stomach. He was also depressed over the divorce & work stress. It talked like he'd been saying over the past few weeks he was gonna end it all. HELLO? Someone should've gotten him help when he was threatening to end it all over the past few weeks before. Then maybe he'd still be with us. I'm so sorry Freddie... ![]() I hope he looks down from heaven & knows that people still love him & do care about him... Hey Chicoladysfair,
Nice work! I assume the bruises in his hand occured after the shot was fired, from the recoil of the gun. But I was surprised to read that his funeral cost only 4,500! I wonder if that was the actual cost, or if that is the amound allowed to take from the estate under law...I would assume a big Hollywood funeral, even twenty years ago, would be ten times that amount. Thoughts, anybody?ĂĽ |

Croiter, I assumed the same thing about the bruises. Dr. Choi never specified what he thought the bruises were from...but I don't think he was supposed to speculate on anything like that. He was just supposed to report on a thorough exam. Not to be morbid or disrespectful but doesn't the body's muscles tense up when something like that happens?
I was also surprised to learn that the funeral was so relatively inexpensive. Maybe that was the amount that had to be taken out of the estate after the insurance paid the rest. |

A funeral like that would cost an arm and a leg these days. This was in 1977 so 4,000.00 + more was considered big money in those days. I'm sure it costed more though.
