I'm having a crisis - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing, so I'll ask you for help.

Okay I need 3 frames. one on top, one in the middle, and one on the bottom. They need to be seamless too. So this is my lil blueprint...anyone wanna help me out with a code of some sort?

Oh God..frames!

I looked all over online on how to do frames, had people help me..nothing seemed to sink in. Finally, I just gave up. Um... I dunno.. theres a lot of smart HTMLy people on here..someone 'fess up!

Oh.. that's a toughie. The one in the middle is easy, though. Just a simple Textarea would do.
