I just watched the show where Ed and Chico have a garge sale to pay a city violation.
When Chico is trying to convince the elderly lady to buy the red dress and he says Altheia, the dress is definately you,Who is he doing an impression of there?

I know what episode you're talking about. I don't believe Freddie was doing an impersonation of anybody in particular. I think what he was doing was a composite impersonation of Rodeo Dr. high $$$ boutique salesclerks that would tell women anything to make the sale! That's just my .02...
