I personally HATE both of these stores... but if you had to choose one of them, which one will you pick?

I think Target has better quality, and a better availability of CD's!

Target!!! It's cleaner, fancier, and the stuff is better quality. And they have some pretty cool clothes. I went nuts at their clearance rack the other day.
