Lucy Show going off the air on WHMB!! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I emailed the people at WHMB TV 40 to ask them why the Lucy Show was not appearing on their schedule anymore. They replied back saying that the contract for the Lucy Show from Paramount pictures expires at the end of this year, so the show won't go back on the air.
This makes me so mad... I just hope that the Hallmark Channel decides to bring the show back sometime soon.

That is awful news. Let's hope the Hallmark Channel or TV Land becomes the *new* home for our beloved The Lucy Show.
